Lending Arrangements

Applications are made between 9:30am to 4:15pm by telephone only. The Board's lending arrangements are set out in Circular 154 (145KB).

To change the names of those who can amend bank account details or agree transactions, please complete the Local Authority Authorisations form (29KB).

Special arrangements apply to:

• Parish and Town Councils in England and Community Councils in Wales
• Drainage Boards

From 1 November 2012 a PWLB Certainty Rate was introduced alongside the existing PWLB Standard Rate.
