PublicationsAnnual Report & AccountsFour different types of annual report and accounts are available below – the Debt Management Account (DMA) Report and Accounts, the DMO Report and Accounts, the Public Works Loan Board (PWLB) Annual Report and the PWLB Accounts. The DMO, as an Executive Agency of HM Treasury, is required to publish the DMA Annual Report and Accounts ahead of the Parliamentary Summer Recess. In line with the “faster closing” initiative across Government and best practice in making available year-end information in a timely, relevant and accurate manner, as far as practicable, the annual Report and Accounts for the DMO itself is published to the same timetable. From 1 July 2002, the PWLB was integrated into the DMO and the most recent copies of its Annual Reports and Accounts are also available below. Backdated copies of the PWLB Annual Reports from 1876 are available on an inspection only basis on application to the DMO.
