Each year the DMO publishes a retrospective review of the financial year, which includes a background to the financial markets in which it operates, as well as a summary of debt and cash management operations, local authority lending and fund management operations. Originally the document was referred to as the Gilt Review as it focussed purely on gilt market developments, but its title was changed to the Annual Review in 2001 to reflect the broadening of the DMO's role to include responsibility for Exchequer cash management. The Annual Review is usually published in the summer but since 2012 only in electronic format. Electronic copies of all past Reviews are available here.
